Join us for a hands-on Sourdough Baking Class instructed by Alexandria from The Cozy Cow Bakery, where you’ll learn the art and science behind creating beautiful, delicious sourdough from scratch. This interactive experience is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence working with sourdough.

During this guided class, you’ll learn what makes sourdough unique, how to maintain an active starter, proper feeding ratios and common mistakes to avoid. You’ll mix dough using pre-measured ingredients, practice stretch and folds, learn shaping techniques, and gain confidence scoring your loaf for baking. We’ll also cover baking methods, temperature tips, and how to achieve the perfect crust at home.

Each participant will prepare dough during class and take home everything needed to continue baking, including sourdough starter, tools, and a shaped loaf ready to bake. You’ll also prepare dough for focaccia to enjoy later!
